Selecting Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment is only a request. Upon receipt the request, will send MARIELLDIGREGORIO’s bank information. Items will only be set aside after receiving a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached MARIELLADIGREGORIO ’s bank account.
If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received, the order will be cancelled.

Clients can trace the shipments on the website: www.posteitaliane.it.

Open www.posteitaliane.it and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for “tracking” shipment. The web page will change and show the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier.

MARIELLADIGREGORIO.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason, the box looks tampered either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. If for any reason, an order from MARIELLADIGREGORIO.COM is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including the cost of the return shipment and re-import fees. RETURNS

The item(s) can be returned only in case of damage during the shipment or different size for a merchandise exchange ONLY.

2. MARIELLADIGREGORIO.COM will confirm by mail the authorization for the return.
3. Returns for merchandise exchange of greater value are FREE.
   The item requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value of the returned merchandise to be handled as a free return. Free Return policy is limited to one size Exchange or damage.
4. Returns for item exchange of lesser value than the returned merchandise are at the client’s expense.
   Returns must arrive within 10 days from the mail of authorization.
5. All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of MARIELLADIGREGORIO.COM.
